This Privacy Policy explains what information Print-Rates collects when you use our website and calculators, how we use it, and the choices you have.

Account information. When you create an account we collect your email address and a securely hashed password (authentication is handled by Supabase; we never see or store your plaintext password).

Billing information. Subscription payments are processed by Stripe. Print-Rates does not store your full card number — Stripe handles that directly and shares with us only what we need to manage your subscription (such as plan, status, and renewal date).

Quotes and cost inputs. When you save a quote, we store the calculator used, the inputs you entered, and the resulting price so you can find it again later in your dashboard.

Usage data. Like most web services, our hosting provider (Vercel) automatically logs basic technical data such as IP address, browser type, and request timestamps for security and reliability purposes.

We do not sell your personal information.

We use essential cookies and browser storage to keep you signed in and remember your session. We do not currently use advertising or third-party tracking cookies.

We rely on the following providers to operate the Service, each of which processes data on our behalf under their own privacy and security practices:

• Supabase — authentication and database hosting
• Stripe — subscription billing and payment processing
• Vercel — website and application hosting

We retain your account information and saved quotes for as long as your account is active. If you delete your account, we will delete or anonymize your personal information within a reasonable time, except where we're required to retain billing records for legal or accounting purposes.

You can review and update your account email and password from your account settings at any time. To request deletion of your account and associated data, contact us at the email below.

The Service is intended for business use by adults and is not directed to children under 13. We do not knowingly collect information from children.

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. Material changes will be reflected by an updated "Last updated" date on this page.
