Terms of Service

These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of Print-Rates, including our website, calculators, and related services (collectively, the "Service"), operated by Print-Rates ("Print-Rates," "we," "us," or "our"). By creating an account or using the Service, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.

Print-Rates provides online pricing calculators that help print shops estimate prices for jobs such as banners, stickers, apparel, and other print products, based on cost inputs the user provides or edits.

Estimates only. Every number the Service produces is an estimate generated from the inputs and default values you choose to use or edit. Print-Rates does not guarantee the accuracy, completeness, or suitability of any quote, price, or calculation for your business. You are solely responsible for reviewing, adjusting, and approving any price before quoting or charging a customer. Default material, labor, and market cost figures shown in the calculators are illustrative starting points, not guaranteed current market prices, and should be verified against your own supplier and labor costs.

You must create an account to use most features of the Service. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials and for all activity under your account. Notify us promptly of any unauthorized use.

Paid access to the Service is billed on a recurring subscription basis through our payment processor, Stripe. By subscribing, you authorize us to charge your payment method on a recurring basis until you cancel. Subscriptions automatically renew each billing period unless canceled before the renewal date.

You can cancel your subscription at any time from your dashboard. Cancellation stops future billing but does not entitle you to a refund for the current billing period. See our Refund Policy for details.

You agree not to:

• Share your account or subscription access with others outside your business
• Attempt to reverse-engineer, scrape, or resell the Service or its underlying pricing logic
• Use the Service in any way that violates applicable law
• Interfere with or disrupt the integrity or performance of the Service

The Service, including its software, design, calculators, and pricing logic, is owned by Print-Rates and protected by intellectual property laws. These Terms do not grant you any ownership rights in the Service. Cost inputs and saved quotes you enter remain yours; you grant us a license to store and process them solely to provide the Service to you.

THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE," WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, OR ACCURACY. WE DO NOT WARRANT THAT PRICING OUTPUTS WILL BE ERROR-FREE OR SUITABLE FOR YOUR SPECIFIC BUSINESS NEEDS.

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, PRINT-RATES WILL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, OR ANY LOSS OF PROFITS OR REVENUE, ARISING FROM OR RELATED TO YOUR USE OF THE SERVICE OR RELIANCE ON ANY PRICE OR QUOTE IT PRODUCES. OUR TOTAL LIABILITY FOR ANY CLAIM RELATED TO THE SERVICE WILL NOT EXCEED THE AMOUNT YOU PAID US IN THE THREE MONTHS BEFORE THE CLAIM AROSE.

We may suspend or terminate your access to the Service if you violate these Terms. You may stop using the Service and cancel your subscription at any time.

We may update these Terms from time to time. Material changes will be reflected by an updated "Last updated" date on this page. Continued use of the Service after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Ohio, without regard to its conflict-of-law principles.
