Refund Policy

All subscription payments to Print-Rates are final. We do not offer refunds or credits for partial subscription periods, unused time, or a change of mind, whether you're on the Single Calculator or All-Access plan.

You can cancel your subscription at any time from your dashboard. Cancellation stops future billing — you will retain access to the Service through the end of your current paid billing period, and will not be charged again after that.

Go to your dashboard and select "Manage billing" to open your billing portal, where you can cancel your subscription directly.

If you believe you were charged in error (for example, a duplicate charge or a charge after you already canceled), contact us at the email below and we'll look into it.
